On Sunday 22nd March I will be holding a free Sound Bath Meditation featuring the music of my new album "Chakra Swoon" at the Brahma Kumaris Meditation Centre in Leura.
It will start at 2.30pm, followed by afternoon tea on the gorgeous verandah of the dining room overlooking the bush and we can bask in the warm autumn sun, totally relaxed after the meditation.
