In a world where wellness trends come and go, it can be hard to know what’s real, what’s grounded, and what truly supports the body and nervous system. Sound healing is often misunderstood as simply “relaxing music” or something reserved for the spiritually inclined. But the truth is far richer, more embodied, and deeply rooted in both ancient tradition and modern science. Let’s gently clear the path and explore what sound healing truly is, and what it isn’t.

Truth: Sound healing is intentional therapeutic vibration that goes far deeper than simple relaxation.

MYTH 6: Sound healing is a luxury.
